Een goede 'spanningsbalans' en een goed bedrijfsresultaat gaan hand-in-hand en de bedrijven met de beste balans scoren goed op de volgende 5 indicatoren:

- Performance Excellence

Als ik zijn test doe, krijg ik als antwoord over mijn leiderschapsstijl:
